Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please review our cancellation policy:
•One-Time Cleanings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
•Packages & Memberships: A 10-day notice is required to cancel any package or membership plan. Payments are required and will continue until the effective cancellation date.
•Discounted Services: If you received a discount as part of a package or promotional offer and decide to cancel early, the discount will no longer apply. You will be responsible for paying the full regular price of all services already rendered.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us serve all of our clients better!

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed, as we believe in being fair to our cleaners who work hard to deliver quality service. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you have any concerns about a service you received, please contact Sage Island Cleaning customer support at Lcarter@sageislandcleaning.com. We're committed to making things right and will work with you to find a solution. In some cases, we may offer a credit to your account for future services.
